Husband and wife Felix and Rosa Gomez had a special reason to attend TCU Commencement May 11. The proud parents were there to see Chancellor Victor J. Boschini present their son, Adam Delgado with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

He’s the pride of the family now that he is of the first generation from either side to earn a college degree.

Rosa Gomez has worked as a payroll specialist in Human Resources for the past 12 years. Felix is an HVAC technician since 2011 and was a temp with Campus Police before that.

Adam hopes to be accepted into fire rescue training with the Dallas Fire Department and eventually earn a law degree. A graduate of South Hills High School, he’ll be working part-time on campus this summer.
