Physical Plant has engaged Sightlines, LLC to review the condition of campus facilities and the effectiveness of our support of the facilities used by the TCU community.

Sightlines is a nationally recognized firm that has visited more than 300 universities, colleges and other institutions across the country. The objective of the Sightlines review is to see how well we are doing compared to these other institutions.

Our goal is to provide high quality space for our students, faculty and staff, and to deliver timely, quality and cost-effective services. As part of our on-going efforts to improve these services, we are soliciting your feedback regarding the campus appearance and conditions; your general satisfaction with our services; and our work order process and performance.

Sightlines uses a survey to help obtain this feedback. Your responses will let us know how we are doing and where we can improve, so please participate if you can. It should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.
