TCU’s Veterans Services Task Force and Student Veterans Alliance will observe Veterans Day with a wreath-laying ceremony at 10 a.m. Friday at Veterans Memorial Plaza in front of Reed Hall. A luncheon will follow from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the BLUU ballroom.

Guest speaker will be 1st Lt. Alexandria Smith (Army Reserves), a TCU alumna with a B.S. degree in political science.

Other events are scheduled for next week, including a Moment of Silence at 11 a.m. Nov. 11 on the lawn of Sadler Hall, a Wall of Honor at the BLUU and in the library and activities in the Veterans’ Lounge, Scharbauer 4015.
