Fall Commencement will be held on Saturday, Dec. 14 beginning at 1 p.m. in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. Graduates will line up in the north concourse of the Coliseum at 12:15 p.m. Faculty and staff will line up downstairs in the lower concourse hallways (stadium side) at 12:30 p.m.

All faculty and adjunct faculty are invited to participate in the faculty procession. Also, any staff with advanced degrees employed on at least a three-quarter-time basis are invited to participate. (College deans do not need to register.) Please register to process by going to my.tcu.edu; click on “Main Menu” and then “Event Registration.” Please register no later than Tuesday, Dec. 3.

You have recently received an email from Nancy Styles with an attached Regalia Reservation Form to be filled out immediately. (Call her at ext. 7808 if you no longer have her email.) You then email the completed form to Gregg McDonald at hjcollegetx@sbcglobal.net or fax it to 281-353-2957. Payment is due upon pick up but the University will pay half of your rental fee after the fact. For reimbursement, take your completed reimbursement form, signed by your chair, dean or supervisor with your receipt to the Office of the Provost.

Regalia must be picked up at the Coliseum on Thursday, Dec. 12, between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
