It is time for AFLAC annual open enrollment.  No action is required if you wish to continue your current AFLAC elections. If you want to make any changes, additions, deletions or cancellations you will need to speak with Bo Cooper, TCU’S AFLAC representative, when he is on campus this month.  Changes will become effective Jan. 1, 2011. Information on the AFLAC plans is on the HR Website under Benefits—Additional Voluntary Insurance.   
 

General information sessions are scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. and 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday Oct. 6 in Kelly Center Cox C.  New employees and those who want to brush up on their AFLAC are encouraged to attend.  In addition, Bo will be in the Human Resources conference room on the following dates to answer individual questions and assist in coverage changes.
 
·        Monday, Oct. 11 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.

·        Thursday, Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.

 

Come by during one of these times with your questions and/or change requests.   No appointment is necessary.   These Come & Go meetings are for AFLAC annual open enrollment only. Watch for information about open enrollment for TCU’s medical, dental, vision and FSA plans in the near future.
