Removal of the debris will necessitate closure of a portion of Bellaire Drive N to through traffic. Beginning Sunday, the street will no longer be accessible west of Stadium Drive down the hill to Lot 1 since that is the route trucks will use to transport debris away from campus for the next few weeks. The Bellaire entrance to Worth Hills will be closed during this time, and those headed for Physical Plant or the Tennis Center will need to circle around on W. Berry to Bellaire Drive W and enter those venues from the west.
People on campus and nearby residents have had many questions about the implosion itself and what they can expect during and after the event. How loud will the implosion be? How much dust will result? Where can I go to get the best views of the stadium going down? The answers to these and many other questions are posted online at www.stadium.tcu.edu.
The next formal meeting for neighbor communications is scheduled for tomorrow, Nov. 30, at 6 p.m. in the BLUU ballroom, C & D.
