2:15 p.m. Other faculty and staff will line up in the lower concourse hallways (stadium side) at 2:30.
All faculty and staff with advanced degrees employed on at least a three-quarter-time basis are invited to participate in the faculty procession. Please indicate which Commencement you will process in by registering. (College deans do not need to register.) Go to my.tcu.edu; click on “Event Registration” on the left side of the page and then “Register for Events.” Please register no later than Thursday, April 28.
Regalia is available for rent or sale from Herff Jones Graduation Services. To order regalia, contact Gregg McDonald at hjcollegetx@sbcglobal.net by April 15. Payment is due upon pick up but the University will pay half of your rental fee after the fact. For reimbursement, take your completed reimbursement form, signed by your chair, dean or supervisor with your receipt to the Office of the Provost.
Regalia must be picked up at the Coliseum on Friday, May 6 between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
