Open enrollment for health insurance, flexible spending now online

Annual open enrollment for active employees is online through Employee Self Service.  To continue with your current health, dental, and vision plans, you do not need to take any action. Your current plans will remain in effect at the premium rates listed under the Enrollment Handbook link on the Human Resources web site (www.hr.tcu.edu) and Employee Self Service.  

 

YOU MUST TAKE ACTION IF YOU WISH TO ENROLL IN FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT(S) FOR 2012. PLEASE COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS ON EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE.  

 

To access on-line enrollment log on to my.tcu.edu & navigate to: 1. Employee Self Service 2. HR Self Service Home 3. Benefits Enrollment. On-line enrollment will be available through Nov. 18, 2011.

 

To make changes to your medical, dental, and vision plans you must complete the enrollment process online. The HR web site features an Open Enrollment FAQ section. Plan information can also be found under the Enrollment Handbook link on Employee Self Service. Changes and/or additions will become effective Jan. 1, 2012.

 

HR is hosting a come and go Open Enrollment “Talk to the Experts” day on Wednesday, Nov. 9 at the BLUU Auditorium from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  In addition, Human Resources staff will be available in HR during the dates and times listed below to assist with the online process and answer questions:
Today, Nov. 7 – 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 14 – 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 16 – 8 a.m. to noon

Thursday, Nov.17 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
