The meeting is intended to keep the campus community informed about the University's financial status as well as financial challenges facing TCU as it retains momentum during these economic time. Chancellor Victor J. Boschini Jr., Provost Nowell Donovan and Brian Gutierrez (finance) will lead the discussion.
In addition, a planned series of Q & A columns in TCU This Week will feature Chancellor Boschini, Provost Donovan Brian Gutierrez. These articles also will examine the University's momentum and how TCU is navigating through these uncertain times.
Additionally, TCU will celebrate the fifth year of Vision in Action (VIA) by highlighting, through a series of videos, how this strategic plan has been instrumental in guiding and developing TCU's competitive advantages. Videos will highlight VIAs five cardinal goals:
- Recruit and retain students faculty and staff who can achieve their full potential at TCU.
- Design a vibrant learning community characterized by distinctive curricular, co-curricular and residential programs.
- Sustain an environment in which rich person interaction is enhanced by outstanding facilities and appropriate technology.
- Accelerate our connection with the greater community Fort Worth, the nation and the world.
- Couple wise financial stewardship with a well-planned entrepreneurial approach to academic opportunities.
