“It’s a statistic that is a vote of confidence in TCU, indicating to alumni, parents and other friends that those closest to the University are deeply committed to the work done here,” says Randy Chambers (Physical Plant), campaign co-chair.
By making a gift to the Faculty/Staff Annual Campaign, you can directly help to underwrite:
• Financial aid for the most deserving and talented students
• Resources to keep TCU facilities sparkling and campus beautiful
• Smaller classes
• The most up-to-date technology
• Support for academic programs
“When you consider this year’s gift, please remember scholarships are a top priority, reflecting the increased needs of many of our students and their families,” says campaign co-chair Dan Williams (TCU Press). “The $100 million Campaign Scholarship Initiative, part of The Campaign for TCU, is a response to these needs.” To help the University reach and surpass the goal:
• Designate your gift to TCU Student Scholarships for an immediate impact
• Designate your gift to the Frog Club for scholarships for student-athletes
• Designate your gift to an existing scholarship
On May 31, The Campaign for TCU will close. It already has brought the University some $420 million, support that has underwritten so many of TCU’s accomplishments. “As we begin the 2012 Faculty/Staff Annual Campaign, I hope that we can depend on your support,” Randy says. “Your gift or pledge will be counted toward the campaign goal. You also can be confident every dollar will directly benefit TCU students.”
The campaign runs April 2-20. You can make your gift online at www.annualfund.tcu.edu/facultystaff. You can also find a printable contribution form at this site. If you have any questions, feel free to call the Office of Annual Giving at ext. 7800.
