MarchingBand(1)

It's the TCU Marching Band, not the Horned Frog Band or the Marching Horned Frogs.

How do you pronounce “Scharbauer” in “Scharbauer Hall”? Is it “Office of Admission” or “Office of Admissions”?  What’s the new name for the Department of Radio, TV and Film?

Whether you're having an informal conversation with friends or working on a significant piece of writing, where the University is concerned it's important to have your facts straight and your writing style consistent across every area of campus. The answers to the questions above and many more are in the 2012-2013 version of the TCU Stylebook  now available on the TCU website for all to consult when needed. At the least, it makes fascinating reading!

Ma'lisa Yost (University Advancement) has compiled the information, which includes facts on TCU history, size, current enrollment plus a mass of minutia such as the official names of scholarships and how to pronounce particularly tricky faculty names.
