The annual Creative Writing Awards ceremony and program is set for 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25 at the Kelly Center. Nearly $3,000 in prizes will be awarded to the student and alumni winners.

 

Robin Romm, a creative writing teacher at New Mexico State University, will read from two of her own works, The Mother Garden and The Mercy Papers, and will be available to sign copies after the program.

 

The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
