The School for Classical & Contemporary Dance will presents its Gala Spring Concert this weekend, March 26-28, at Scott Theatre, 1300 Gendy Street in the Museum District. Performances are at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights, with matinees at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. There will be an opening night reception Friday in the Scott Theatre lobby immediately after the performance.

 

 

The concert will feature ballet and modern dance works choreographed by SCCD faculty members Li-Chou Cheng (restaging the classical ballet Raymonda Act III), Elizabeth Gillaspy and Susan Douglas Roberts premiering new works. Guest choreographers are Ben Stevenson, Loretta Livingston and Chieh-hua (Jeff) Hsieh. Admission is free to faculty, staff and students with a TCU ID, general admission $10 at the door, non-TCU students w/ID $5.
