In an effort to support sustainability initiatives and streamline work processes, TCU employees will now receive annual salary increase information via my.tcu.edu. Individual salary information will be located in the Employee Self Service portion of my.tcu.edu beginning April 15 and can be accessed by taking the following steps:
1. Log into my.tcu.edu
2. Launch Employee Self Service under the Enterprise Menu
3. Select HR Employee Self Service
4. Under the first heading of Personal Information, select Salary Information Page
In addition to the electronic salary information page, non-tenured faculty who receive contracts and nonexempt staff who do not have ready access to computer terminals will also be provided with a hard copy of their salary letter. In addition, employees can print a copy of the salary information page.
The process for gathering salary information for the salary information page will be the same process previously used for the printed letters. The only difference is the distribution of the information via TCU’s intranet (my.tcu.edu) versus a printed format. Providing employees with this information electronically will make maximum use of TCU’s networks, use less paper, and save work time.
