The TCU Forensics Team will host a public debate between incumbent Sen. Wendy Davis and challenger Dr. Mark Shelton for the District 10 State Senate seat at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18, in the Kelly Center ballroom. The debate is free and open to the public. Seating for the event will begin at 6:30 p.m.

 

Moderators will include Doug Dunbar, CBS 11 news anchor; Adam Schiffer, TCU associate professor of political science; and reporters from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and other media.

 

The 90-minute debate will include opening and closing statements from the candidates and moderator questions.
