AddRan College of Liberal Arts and the Dept. of Criminal Justice will present a lecture on Guantanamo Bay at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8 in Sid Richardson Lecture Hall 1.

 

Guest speaker will be Capt. Patrick Rabun, U.S. Navy former Chief of Staff for Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and currently commanding officer and professor of naval science, San Diego NROTC.

 

Capt. Rabun will discuss conditions of detention, guard force challenges and the Joint Task Force mission. There will be a Q and A after his remarks.
